Artwork for printing on promotional products should ideally be supplied as a vector eps file for Illustrator. All text should be saved as curves/outlines.
If this causes a problem, please let us know and we'll be happy to talk about other options. If needed, we are happy to re-draw simple designs free of charge. More complicated designs may incur an additional cost (subject to sight of design).
The print area for each product is shown on the relevant product page. Unless specified, the size and positioning of the printing will be at the discretion of the printer. We always provide a paper layout proof for your approval prior to printing the final products.
We use pantone references for colour matching and are only able to print using solid colours, any tints in a design usually have to be treated as a separate colour. Full colour printing is available on many products.
We use coated inks (c) for printing, so please ensure that you check using a pantone guide, or other reliable source, to see how the colours will look. However printed PMS matches are approximate and may differ on different substrates. Every care will be taken to achieve the desired effect but we recommend a pre-production proof is ordered (this may incur an extra charge) and may add addtional production time.
Please do not colour match using any emailed artwork or online screen images as a computer image is not an accurate colour match of either the finished artwork or the product colour.
